In front of more than 100 producers of the Maule<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

In the framework of the activity organized by the company DROP (Management and Technological Operation of the Water), entitled \u201cThe irrigation as a tool for profitability.\u201d<\/em>, SOLFRUT had an outstanding participation, sharing its experience in the investment and development of their irrigation systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition was in charge of Alejandro Salas Miranda, agricultural manager SOLFRUT, who presented the paper entitled \u201cInvestment in irrigation technology in cherry trees\u201d<\/em>highlighting the importance of a planning technique accompanied by specialised consultancy services to optimize the use of water, and improve profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event, held on Thursday, June 5, 2025, brought together more than 100 agricultural producers of the region of Maule and told with the outstanding participation of Antonio Walker, president of the National Society of Agriculture, who gave an updated overview of the fruit industry in chile, for his role in exports and the challenges faced on climate change and the constraints of water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The activity aimed to highlight the positive impact of the technical assistance offered by DROP, through case studies of clients companies such as SOLFRUT. In this regard, one of the attendees pointed out:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt was interesting to note the participation of Solfrut in this meeting and are two points of view: one of them is the importance that should be given to irrigation and the second thing are the practical cases, as for example did Solfrut to evolve with systems of irrigation. Alejandro explained very well the transition experienced by the company until the system we have today.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The day was valued for its technical and practical, consolidating it as an instance key for the exchange of knowledge in the agricultural area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
