Solfrut held its first conference on innovation
The past Thursday, may 8, Solfrut carried out his first day of innovationthat counted with the participation of workers in all areas of the company, including orchards, administration and workshop.
The day had as a main objective get to know the working model for the pillar of innovation and efficiency, where we held an activity in which all teams of Solfrut participated, raising challenges and presenting innovative ideas to solve them.
We also had the presence of exhibitors national and international, who shared their knowledge and experiences in innovation and efficiency. The activity was a success, because it allowed the workers of Solfrut to know the strategic plan of the company and actively participate in the search for innovative solutions to the challenges that it faces.
